My Mission
My mission is to help individuals and couples heal emotional injuries and to reach their optimal mental health by providing gentle, compassionate, and trauma informed therapy.
At AHP Therapy
Many of my clients are adult survivors of childhood abuse and neglect, individuals who have been in post-recovery/post-addiction and are now ready to work on healing deeper wounds, adults who struggle from prolonged symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and medically unexplained physical illnesses. I believe that everyone has the capacity to live a happy and a fulfilling life, and I can help you get there.
I apply cutting edge treatment modalities, such as EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing, to help individuals who despite having been in therapy for some time, still feel stuck.
